Boasting three spacious bedrooms, with a stylish ensuite to the main bedroom upstairs together with second living area leading out onto the outdoor entertainment area through full length glass bifold doors.

Downstairs the dining area opens to outdoor dining/barbeque. There is a laundry with dryer and separate third toilet.

Other features that make this home stand out include polished and heated concrete floors, a freestanding bath in the extra-large sized bathroom, and feature metalwork created from 120-year-old salvaged steel. All beds have electric blankets so you will be snug in the cooler months.
